The mission at MOMentum Park means we are committed to optimizing the health, lives, and wellbeing of expectant mothers and their children through the integration of medicine, public health, policy, and technology. Our ultimate mission is to eradicate maternal and infant mortality by increasing awareness and knowledge of this seemingly intractable public health crisis across the United States.
Renaisa Anthony MD, MPH, is a licensed physician by training, public health & policy practitioner by passion, and the Founder of MOMentum Park (501c3) and Womentum MD (C-Corp). Dr. Anthony is personally and professionally dedicated to improving the health, lives, and wellbeing of moms and babies. MOMentum Park is dedicated to all women including marginalized communities through medicine, public health, policy, and technology.
Todd Park is the co-founder and executive chairman of Devoted Health. Before Devoted, Todd served in the Obama Administration as White House technology advisor based in Silicon Valley, U.S. Chief Technology Officer and Assistant to the President, and CTO of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Before his service in the U.S. Government, Todd co-founded Athenahealth, a leading provider of cloud-based software and services for health care providers, and Castlight Health, an innovative online health benefits platform company. Todd is a member of the 2017 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
Libby Crockett, MD, MPH is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist, and practicing physician in Grand Island, NE. Dr. Crockett is an advocate for the eradication of health disparities in pregnancy and birth outcomes. She serves as MOMentum Park's Chief Medical Officer providing evidence-based, technical advisory support to the project
Sylvia Guendelman, PhD is a recognized national and international scholar in maternal and child health, widely published in the areas of immigrant health, health disparities, and the health of working women. Dr. Guendelman is Professor of the Graduate Division, former chair of the Maternal and Child Health Program (MCH), and Founder of the Wallace Center for Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health, a new research center at the School of Public Health at UC Berkeley.
Elle Ford is our Maternal & Child Health Specialist. She recently graduated from UC Berkeley with a Master's in Public Health. Here she focused on topics surrounding MCAH, food systems, and indigenous women's reproductive health. She is dedicated to ending health disparities for black and brown women.
Maria Teel is MOMentum Park's fairy godmother. Maria's background is inclusive of many roles in Human Services, Marketing, and Customer Service. Helping others is at the core of everything Maria strives to do. As the admin for the University of Nebraska, Center for Reducing Health Disparities team, she advocates for reducing disparities in our communities. Her passion is to disseminate research in a creative format and improve women's health via social networking.
Beth Ann Falstad has been helping nonprofit organizations build strong foundations and successful new initiatives since 1998. She joins the team from Foundational Change LLC. Beth Ann has supported thirty-three organizations across the fields of the arts, healthcare, education, community development, history, public agencies and more, securing tens of millions of dollars in grant funding. Her expertise includes program development, strategic planning, facilitation, communication, evaluation, research, cultivation, and sponsorship development. We also welcomed Baby Boy Falstad to the Momentum Park family in 2021!
As our Chief Happiness Officer, King Louis believes that happy Momentum Park employees are better employees. He constantly strives to motivate and empower the MP team to make the health, lives, and well-being of moms and babies better. On any given day, you can find King Louis raising performance on the team through motivating tail wags, barks, and the occasional lick on the face.
Graduating from UC Bark-ley in 2018, he specializes in happiness, capacity building, and overall workplace optimism.
